Nuvaret pieces are made after you order. Production generally begins within a few business days, then delivery timing depends on your destination and selected service.
### Where do you ship?
Release 01 is available for customers in Canada and the United States. Mexico and other regions will follow after shipping operations are validated.
### Can I return or exchange my tee?
Because pieces are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, changed preferences, or incorrect size selection. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact support@nuvaret.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
### How does the oversized fit work?
Our Release 01 tees are designed with a relaxed, oversized silhouette. Choose your usual size for the intended fit; size down for a closer fit.
### How should I care for my tee?
Machine wash cold. Use non-chlorine bleach only when needed. Tumble dry low. Do not iron directly on the print. Do not dry clean.
